IT’S ON THE HOUSE SAMPLING CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The Promoter

1. 1 This campaign promotor of this campaign is Happea Chappea Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 329102 and registered office address at 10A Castle Meadow, Norwich, Norfolk N3 1DE.

    The Campaign and Eligibility  

1. 1 The title of the campaign is Bonza. It’s On The House and eligible individuals can receive one (1) free of charge sample pack of ~80g of Bonza Superfood and Ancient Grain dog food in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. 2 The campaign is open to:(a) people with aged 18 years or over who reside in the United Kingdom;(b) people who have not used or trialled Bonza Superfood and Ancient Grain dog food;
3. 3 In entering this campaign, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim one (1) free of charge ~80g sample pack of Bonza Superfood and Ancient Grain dog food. Happea Chappea Limited may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the campaign.
4. 4 There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

    How to Enter

1. 1 The campaign will open from 00.01am on 18th July 2023 (“Opening Date”). Happea Chappea Limited will notify users on its website of any closing date. Entries which are made prior to the Opening Date will not be eligible to participate in the campaign.
2. 2 In order to receive one (1) free of charge ~80g sample pack of Bonza Superfood and Ancient Grain dog food, please complete the details questionnaire set out in the Application Form https://www.bonza.dog/free-sample-vegan-dog-food/
3. 3 Once the application form is submitted, Happea Chappea Limited will check your details against Happea Chappea Limited’s existing databases in line with the Privacy Policy to confirm that you are a new customer. Answers to the questionnaire in the Application Form will need to be answered correctly to qualify for one (1) free of charge ~80g sample pack of Bonza Superfood and Ancient Grain dog food. Once validation is completed by Happea Chappea Limited, you will be sent one (1) ~80g sample pack of Bonza Superfood and Ancient Grain dog food free of charge.
4. 4 No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website or for postage and packaging of the free sample.
5. 5 Happea Chappea Limited accepts no responsibility for Application Forms that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
6. 6 Happea Chappea Limited accepts no responsibility for ~80g sample pack of Bonza Superfood and Ancient Grain dog food that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, Royal Mail failure to deliver, packaging malfunction, or failure of any kind
7. 6 By submitting an Application Form, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. 7 You confirm that if you are eligible for one (1) free of charge ~80g sample pack of Bonza Superfood and Ancient Grain dog food, it shall not be sold, billed, traded, charged or subject to any claim for reimbursement to any individual or company for a monetary or any other value.
9. 8 There will be no cash alternative or prize alternative, other than as set out in paragraph 3.9.
10. 9 In the event that all or part of any prize is unavailable, Happea Chappea Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
11. 10 Happea Chappea Limited is not liable for any disruption to this campaign for reasons beyond Happea Chappea Limited’s reasonable control. In the event of any disruption to this campaign, Happea Chappea Limited will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve the disruption and resume the campaign in a manner that is fair to the participants.
12. 11 Happea Chappea Limited reserves the right to delay the timing of notification.
13. 12 Happea Chappea Limited reserves the right to terminate the campaign without notice at its discretion. Notification that the campaign has closed will be made of the application form page https://www.bonza.dog/free-sample-vegan-dog-food/
14. 13 By entering the campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any entries not complying with these terms and conditions may at Happea Chappea Limited’s discretion, acting reasonably, be deemed invalid and disqualified.

    General

1. 1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Happea Chappea Limited may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the campaign.
2. 2 Happea Chappea Limited may disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has interfered with or attempted to interfere with the fair running of this campaign.
3. 3 Happea Chappea Limited reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the campaign where it becomes necessary to do so.
4. 4 This campaign is governed by the laws of England and Wales and users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
