We chose to formulate our first food to meet and exceed adult dog nutritional requirements (an adult being defined as 1 year or older. FEDIAF (the body in the EU/UK responsible for dog nutrition) has different guidelines and nutritional standards for different life stage claims - including puppy, adult and senior. This is why you will see foods for different life stages such as  “puppy foods” and “adult dog foods.”

You could check with your vet to see if it would be alright to supplement some Bonza plant-based health into your puppy's diet to provide them with all the health benefits it will offer them when they reach adulthood.
