Life is busy so we have made our returns and refund policy as simple and straightforward as it could be.

If for whatever reason your dog does not find their first delivery of Bonza tail-thumpingly delicious we will refund your money - no questions asked. See our Happiness Guarantee 

We will not ask you to return your bag in its original packing in a state that makes the food available for sale or anything like this.

All we ask is that you reach out to your nearest rescue centre or shelter for dogs to see if they can use your Bonza plant-based food. You can find a list of dog rescue centre and shelters here.

In a world of waste it would be a shame to see good food go to waste.

If you are reading this because your dog didn't enjoy Bonza I couldn't be more disappointed but with a daughter who doesn't like my sweet potato and chickpea curry I get it!
